Those guys worked on all the NISA game guides. Its got some decent info in it. An obvious copy-paste error; and unfortunately this guidebook has many of them, which makes it quite frustrating. There’s very little information I can think of that you can’t get from the guides, plus it’s easier to read a guide in front of your t.

Unfortunately, you simply cannot expect too much of this book. Nagh, the online community for this series is ridiculous. Megaman Starforce 3 FC: Plus, the name of the game is grind, ever having trouble DoubleJump put terrifying amounts of detail into those short but very thick guides.

Double Jump really went out of it’s way to make the guides, and specifically pointed out the math and grinding locations. Buying a guide for this would be just as useless as when i bought a guide for gears of war If you want a crazily in-depth guidebook for Disgaea 1, 2, or 3, YES, get the guide.
Hell, D2’s guide alone is like pages, and with the supplement guide we did for the PSP version, the total comes out to nearly pages covering that game alone.
Dragon Dragon 7 years ago 10 Its got some decent info in it. There are some rather stupid typos that make the infromation useless. If my internet goes down, last thing I’d want to do is be cut off from all the information or print up w of pages, etcetera. But it will get outclassed once people start putting up faq’s here. In fact, the people who worked on the guides, were part of the original Disgaea community when the first game came out.

It’s just unfortunate that Double Jump isn’t doing the strategy guide for Disgaea 4. Especially if you don’t know what it is your’e looking for. Unfortunately, this is not the case for Disgaea 4.

They give you the formulas, they show you how to make the best weapons, or how to obtain a magichanged weapon from Land of Carnage Item World dixgaea in Disgaea 3, they go through tons of information like the specialists you’ll need, how many offical need, how you use them, charts, graphs, pictures, even stuff like creating towers of blocks with thieves in order to get the hieght benefit in order to do max damage in Disgaea 2, etcetera.

RocketZXblue RocketZXblue 7 years ago 1 topic i almost never buy hardcopy strategy guides only one time i did was for dragon quest 3 GBC surprisingly worth the money with all it’s details that online guides fail to mention, and full sgrategy maps and such.
Doublejump is even kind enough sometimes to make things spoiler-safe, such as putting all of the post-game stuff upside down.
I have not bought one of the Disgaea guides myself, but i doubt they go thru the complex math and finding grindings spots like the community does.
