At first they just look like words, sometimes a little confusing, but when you understand them they move you. Want to Read Currently Reading Read. Although he was mentioned quite a bit throughout this novel, I wanted to feel his presence more. The scope of emotions with him is brilliant. Still, i don’t feel a thing for this dude. I believe that this book held a perfect amount of love and also suspense for what is to come and I enjoyed the book very much.
The writing is so beautiful guys. People say how great Camlnos is and I find a way to read it as soon as I can. She set up a particularly good bit of dramatic irony which I wanted to see germinated and it seemed consie take an awful long time for it to go anywhere.
Cassia and Ky were both such sweet, emotionally strong, and realistically flawed characters, and their romance made me ache in places that shouldn’t be able to ache. Thanks for telling us about the problem.
Juntos: Caminos cruzados (Juntos, #2) by Ally Condie (4 star ratings)
But Cassia can’t stop thinking about Ky, and as they slowly fall in love, Cassia begins to doubt the Society’s infallibility and is faced with an impossible choice: To see my full review and yummy pic, check out my blog post below.
It is just absolutely breathtaking! So what am I hoping for in Reached to be released November 13, ? Divergent is a lot about action and the plot moves pretty fast. A lot of this book gives you insight to background information and history, but I’m hoping that will all part a huge part in the final novel.
The novel shifts between the first-person narratives of Cassia and Ky, and despite their similar voices, both characters reveal moments of insight. It’s really quite annoying how hard it was to find the Rising yet it was so easy for them to just return Cassia to Central. My fingers are crossed.
Refresh and try again. Usually in a book that has a love triangle I have a strong opinion on who the main characters should end up with.
Caminos cruzados – Ally Condie
And I don’t hate it, or gave it 1 star rating. Crossed is an action-driven sequel, steered by characters who condi the rules, form new alliances and commit to surprising paths for the upcoming final installment. Surprisingly, the author added Ky’s first-person perspective alongside Cassia’s. I am still a huge fan of Ally Condie’s writing style.
And she is trying so hard to get trough. Condie may not be throwing cliff hangers after every chapter, but she knows how to craft a beautifully written novel. Pero entonces sucede lo inimaginable y el mundo de Samantha se vuelve patas arriba. Second, I’m not really sure if it’s just me, but one of the things that I really loved in Matched was how creative it was narrated, like somehow that words didn’t sound like prose, but poetry.
My first thoughts were, oh my gosh this is going to be so action packed after the way Matched ended! It is remarkable how she adapts herself to the new life-style.
Why is this book so “hated”??? Ambos se enamoran; tropiezan con la timidez y lo maravilloso del primer amor.
Wow, I didn’t see some of those twists coming. It reveals some background information and gets the characters closer to where they want to be.
Xander is part of the Rising!!! Throughout most of the book, though, I wasn’t sure if Crjzados fully trusted her. Los chicos se alejan con paso cansino, pero uno de ellos me mira a los ojos y hace un gesto que no me gusta. I enjoyed Eli and Indie.
Juntos: Caminos cruzados
But at least the author fills in a tiny bit of camimos history of why people would ‘inexplicably’ choose to condid in a Society like this I am such a lemming. First of all, I was quite shocked when I found out that camnios book was written in two different points of view. Now I didn’t see that coming: All of these minor issues just kept piling up, and I wanted to make a face palm so extreme my hand would go through my face.
And a little confused. Sequels are supposed to be fast paced and suspenseful, picking up where the first book left off, progressing the story. This is a book you’ll either really like, or feel disappointed.
What is your favourite scene from the book?
Will that security last? I’m hoping book three will be a better read. Overall I think this book was slow. And don’t get me wrong — you’ll love this book if you’re Team Xander too!
I love Ky in this book. But now i understand.
